About BSideFM

BSideFM is a low power, FM radio station broadcasting from Boon Street, Whakatane. We try to play alternative music and aim to have over 55 minutes of music an hour. We broadcast on 88.3 MHz and can be received within the Whakatane township.

BSideFM is staffed part-time by enthusiastic volunteers who produce music shows catering to their own tastes and interests. When live shows are not on air, a "robot" takes over, playing a mix of different genres.
